The Netherlands is divided into three regions of which Rotterdam (Zuid Holland) is in the Central Region. For the purposes of school holidays, dates differ over each region. The Dutch junior school, Voorschool (VO) and senior or secondary school (BO) have different holiday schedules also. Below are the Dutch school holidays.
